Healing Childhood Sexual Trauma
If you had asked me what my childhood was like before August 28th, 2020, I would have said I had a very normal childhood. All the while, I was struggling with porn addiction, sex addiction, and binge eating, in a long-term relationship that was under duress, partly because of my inability to stay centered and contained.
Then something changed, and for the very first time, I asked myself the question: wait, was I sexually abused as a child?
That question began a whole journey: becoming aware of the phenomenon of repressed memories, recovering my own memories, making peace with the fact that I may never know for sure, and still being able to change my lived experience to a place where I no longer suffer from the addictions and compulsions I described before.
This podcast describes that whole journey, and in it I have interviewed others who have experienced the recovery of repressed memories. It is particularly well suited for those with an alternative healing and mystical bent of mind.

Come on the show
I would like to interview:
- Adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse who are open to sharing the specifics of their trauma history, and the specifics of what helped them heal from the challenges the trauma brought. Especially those who had fully repressed memories, as I did, and especially men. I feel really drawn to getting men's stories out.
- Repentant abusers: people who have committed childhood sexual abuse and are repenting it.
- People who witnessed abuse happening in their families but felt helpless to stop it, and who are willing to share what their inner experience is like.
If this is you, please write to me.
